49. Mr. Blue- a Job for You Reading (part 1), with Laurie Donahue

Do you (or your child) ever feel like you are a nobody compared to someone else? Do you (or your child) feel like you don't want to try because you will never be as good? Do you (or your child) ever sit on the sidelines because you are afraid to jump in the game? I think this is universal, but this is not God's plan for us. After all, he has told us that we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. (Ephesians 2:10) We are going to lighten things up this week and explore through a picture book reading and activities, two ideas.

  1. When we compare ourselves to others, we can feed destructive patterns which can negatively affect our entire life.
  2. God has purposes for us which he has planned from long ago. We need to follow His leading to find out what they are.

I will read my book, Mr. Blue a Job for You, and then introduce the many resources that I have for you to grow in these two areas, (and probably some others along the way).
